How practicing yoga can benefits hikers ?

To recover after several hours hiking nothing is better than an asana yoga practice.
Relieving, stretching, strengthening and soothing, yoga poses can give a lot of benefits to our hikers bodies.
Combined to asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation rise deeper awareness to our bodies, mind, breath and nature around. Perfect when you spend days hiking in the forest.
Yoga is a holistic practice who will open your mind and body to Amazigh nature and culture during your trip with us.

I (Pauline), am a certified yoga teacher. I did my 200h Hatha and Ashtanga teacher training in Rishikesh in India. I, also completed a 100h Yin Yoga training with Cécile Roubaud.
I work on special yoga sequences to help your body relax and sooth after a day trekking the moroccan mountains.
My trainings in Yang Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa), Yin Yoga and my experiences as a teacher and a hiker give me a great understanding of what we need after a great outdoor trip. And I am delighted to guide you though this practice.
I invite you to deep dive through movement, breathing, philosophy and meditation into this holistic practice to open your body and mind to the Amazigh culture and nature.

Formulas details

Yoga classes are included in the Amazigh Week program only.
You can add yoga classes to every other excursions on demand.
Price is 10€/100dh per person.
