Treat yourself to a timeless immersion with a 4-day hiking and yoga stay in the heart of the Amazigh mountains.

For four days, you'll hike off the beaten track, exploring trails designed and prepared by your guide, Youssef. Alternating morning and evening yoga sessions for all, set amidst authentic mountain landscapes.

At Amazigh Hike & Yoga, we believe in the power of the alliance between movement, nature, and mindfulness. By combining hiking with the practice of yoga, we create complete experiences that are physical, mental, and spiritual.

Walking in nature allows us to reconnect with what is essential. Step by step, the body frees itself, the mind calms, and the landscape brings us back to the present moment. Yoga gently complements this dynamic: it releases tension, relaxes the body after exercise, and encourages us to listen to our innermost being.

This combination offers a valuable balance between effort and relaxation, between grounding and lightness. It strengthens the body, opens breathing, soothes the mind... and, above all, reconnects with oneself.

Throughout the stay, bonds are formed within the group, nature becomes a source of inspiration, and we leave feeling deeply refreshed, aligned and refocused.

This stay includes:
4 days of guided, intermediate-level hiking. This trip is suitable for those with prior hiking experience and/or in good physical condition.

4 guided yoga sessions (Vinyasa in the morning and Yin yoga in the evening)

4 nights in a traditional lodge (2 different lodges to vary the atmosphere)

Full board meals:

2 lunches at a local's house

1 picnic in the great outdoors

1 lunch at a local cafe

Dinners and breakfasts prepared on site

Round-trip transfers from Taghazout and its surroundings.

Swimming in natural pools (depending on the season)

  • What you need ?

    A good pair of shoes like trainers or hiking boots, comfortable clothing (we recommend to wear sleeves to protect against the sun and the cold), change for the night/yoga, sunscreen, bathing suit and towel, sunglasses and your water bottle.

    Hiking poles, hats, yoga mats, water to fill up your water bottle.
